Shop is open Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturdays 7:00 am - 1:00 pm (closed Saturdays in the summer)

order by 12 and parts is here the next day

What is your policy on side work?

Must write a repair order for insurance reasons and can't be the only one at the dealership. So work must be done by 9:00 pm

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

Any new hire that went to an ASE accredited school is eligible for the Audi AEP program. It's 8 weeks offsite paid training course. Tech would go one week every two months until completion and come out an Audi Master Tech

Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?

Entry level techs can easily progress towards A level techs. We also have many parts, sales and service advisor positions filled by former technicians.

Can you describe your performance review process?

Each technician will get a yearly performance review

What type of safety training is required?

We follow the manufacturer guidelines

Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?

Typically the apprentice tech would shadow the mentor for 3 months. The next 3 months every hour the apprentice tech flags the mentor will get. The following 6 months every hour the apprentice tech flags the mentor would get 1/2. It's not set in stone. Techs can go at their own pace.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

Holiday Charity, Race cars for cause event and primary bike race sponsor

Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?

Yes, we've hired technicians from Weymouth High School, Ben Franklin Institute of Technology, Porter and Chester, MTTI, UTI

Is there anything else you’d like to mention about career development and community?

We have many other stores and brands of your development isn't moving fast enough

yes, (marijuana is legal in Massachusetts)
