The shop is both heated and air conditioned with a heated shop floor.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
We have a 12 technician team with 1 dispatching shop foreman and 4 service advisors.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Mon-Fri 7-5 and 1 rotating Saturday every 4-5 weeks 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Complete inventory of Audi factory required and recommend tools.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Heated, air conditioned, refrigerator, microwave, sink and vending machines.
How many bays does your shop have?
14 bays with 2 open bays
How many repair orders do you average per month?
1500
What is your parts ordering process?
Daily ordered submitted by 12:00 and received by 3:30 am the next day from local PDC in NJ
What is your policy on side work?
Personal vehicles after hours with an open repair order. 10% over cost for employee parts
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
