Knowledge Sharing: Experienced technicians share their deep knowledge of vehicle systems, repair protocols, and industry best practices. They often offer insights into troubleshooting strategies and effective problem-solving methods. Feedback and Evaluation: They assess the performance of less experienced technicians, offering constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve their skills.
