3 Consultants, 10 technicians, 3 parts specialists.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Service department is open 7am - 6pm. Shop hours are 7am - 5pm
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We offer built in tool boxes for our technicians, we provide specialty tools and equipment. Technicians are required to supply their own basic tools.
What type of break room facility is provided?
2 fully function break rooms. Both offer water and ice machines, refrigerator, coffee, vending machines, cabinet storage for food, and we provide some plates and utensils.

What is your parts ordering process?
Standard procedure. Typically, parts are received in 1-2 days for technicians to finish repairs
What is your policy on side work?
Technicians are allowed to work on personal vehicles or vehicles belonging to family. There must be an open repair order (for insurance purposes), cannot be during normal business hours, and technician cannot be working in the shop alone-we operate on the buddy system.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We offer the opportunity to enroll in the Audi Education Partnership program (if you qualify). We offer on the job training, and fast track through Audi Certification, if eligible.
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
We look within when openings are available. Through hard work and different opportunities our employee's can achieve their career goals
Can you describe your performance review process?
Every 6 month performance review. Pay increases are base off of training and tenure.
What type of safety training is required?
No formal safety training
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
We have 2 Team Leads who are Audi Master Guild Certified. They are in charge of training younger techs. Younger techs are put on a 6-12 month program in house and a training program with Audi depending on which path is chosen by management and the employee collectively.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Career shows, internships, job shadowing offered to local high school students
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
Yes, we offer internship opportunities and job shadowing for those still in school.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Yes, basic questions about the candidate's background and to gauge the interest level of the candidate
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Meeting with the Service Manager and General Manager. Discussion includes the candidate's background, skill set, and career goals
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Drug screening (including marijuana), background check, and driving record check.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
No formal skill assessment. Assessment is done through the interview process

Pay Range: $20.00 - $45.00/hour
Our pay structure is based off of education, training, and experience.
Service Consultant
Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00/year
Strictly commission based pay plan off of gross profit labor and parts, with percentage increases based off of CSI, upsell percentage, and MPI completion.
