Our Audi Dealership is located at 6001 Urbana Pike (also called Route 355 or Rockville Pike) in Frederick, MD -- only a few minutes north of Montgomery County, convenient to Gaithersburg, Hagerstown, Martinsburg, Germantown MD and Leesburg VA.

Under The Hood
Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?
We provide heat and air conditioning in the repair shop. Set to break ground on a brand-new Audi Sales and Service Department in Spring of 2025.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
We all work as a team and currently have 10 full time technicians and looking to grow into our new building!
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Technician hours are from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. Saturday hours are also 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and work in shifts. Techs work 2 Saturdays in a row then off for 3 Saturdays
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Technicians are required to have tools for themselves. Special tools are meticulously cataloged and stored for use.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Standard break room and locker room is available.
How many bays does your shop have?
14 Service Bays plus an alignment lift.
New Facility will have 30 bays!
How many repair orders do you average per month?
Average over 30 appointments a day.
What is your parts ordering process?
Electronic estimates and parts ordering.
What is your policy on side work?
Side work can be done. Manager approval required.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Absolutely. Training is a massive part of the automotive industry. Factory training is mandatory. We have and will continue to utilize the Audi Education Partnership (AEP) Program.
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
Opportunities to grow into a team lead, shop foreman, dispatch and service advisors.
Can you describe your performance review process?
Yearly reviews and a door always open mindset from management creates close working relationships between the technicians and management.
What type of safety training is required?
Safety training is available online and in person.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Entry level technicians will work side by side with our senior technicians to learn the ins and outs of our process.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We work closely with the community to give back as much as possible.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We work with the local CTC program and local Tech schools.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Phone interviews to allow us to get to know each other before in person interviews are completed.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
30-60 minute in person interview with the management team.
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Background checks are completed.
Do you perform a skill assessment before hiring an applicant? If yes, what does it entail?
No skills assessment required.
After an in-person interview, approximately how long should I expect to wait for a rejection or an offer?
3-5 days.
Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?
7–10-day process after job offer.
