The shop is heated and air-conditioned.
What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
The service team consists of around 45 people with support staff.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. We offer flexible schedules, including 4/10's!
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We offer 2 Alignment Machines, Tire mounting, balancing machines, a special parts room, Audi-specific specialized parts, plus much more!
What type of break room facility is provided?
We have two main break rooms. Our main break room has a TV, food, drink, snack kiosk, refrigerator/freezer, hot/cold water machine, microwave, and coffee/tea machine.

How many repair orders do you average per month?
1100-1300
What is your parts ordering process?
We offer primarily same-day / next-day parts if not already in stock. We have an extensive parts inventory with a state-of-the-art replenishing process to ensure we stock frequently used parts.
What is your policy on side work?
We do not allow side work. You can work on your vehicle or your immediate family's vehicle after scheduled working hours.
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
Our team of advisors and management wants to ensure each technician remains efficient and makes the most of their days working.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Yes. Both Holman Automotive and Audi offer continuing education for hands-on and certification levels.
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
We offer training that will increase a technician's grade level while increasing their hands-on level in the shop.
Can you describe your performance review process?
We have biannual goal-setting and mentoring/coaching to ensure employees get the most out of their professional and personal growth.
What type of safety training is required?
We have KPA-certified safety training to ensure we offer our team the safest workspace.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
We currently have four technicians in the shop mentoring newer technicians. In addition to Audi and Holman training, this will allow those at Audi of Ft. Washington to grow professionally and personally.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We donate to local charities and participate in cars and coffee.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
Yes, we attend many technician events and co-op events hosted by local technical skills.
Is there anything else you’d like to mention about career development and community?
Holman Automotive has over 50+ dealerships and a growing fleet company. Holman Automotive offers many training and growth opportunities.

We like to keep interviews casual and review our shop layout and how you can be an intricate part of the team here at Audi Ft. Washington. We want to know your goals and aspirations and how we, as a team, can help you meet them. We go over our mission, values, and purpose of being part of the Holman Automotive Group and Audi Group.

Pay Range: $45,000.00 - $125,000.00/year
