We have a standard break room equipped with vending machines.

The shop currently has 11 bays and is in the process of expanding.
How many repair orders do you average per month?
We average approximately 30 repair orders per day.
What is your parts ordering process?
We are in the process of transitioning to MyKarma for parts ordering.
What is your policy on side work?
Side work is not allowed.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Yes, we provide fully paid training through Audi.

We regularly donate to organizations that support the homeless.

Not as much as we used to, but as needs arise, we reach out to local schools to recruit younger technicians.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
No, we prefer in-person interviews unless distance is an issue.

Applicants meet with the foreman and service manager, followed by a meeting with the general manager.
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Yes, we conduct all three.
