We require OSHA-standard safety training.

We have a structured mentorship program where experienced technicians guide and support younger techs.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We regularly donate to organizations that support the homeless.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
Not as much as we used to, but as needs arise, we reach out to local schools to recruit younger technicians.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
No, we prefer in-person interviews unless distance is an issue.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
Applicants meet with the foreman and service manager, followed by a meeting with the general manager.
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Yes, we conduct all three.
