Job Description
Glendale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is looking to add a top performing Service Advisor to our Service Team. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who provide excellent customer service and are proficient in building customer relationships.

Job Requirements:
As a Service Advisor, you will need to be experienced and aware of the latest customer service practices and be a persistent problem solver. We have determined some factors that may enable your success as a Service Advisor:
- At least two - five years of experience in a Service Advisor role
- Excellent customer service skills and organization
- Maintain at or above district FCA Customer Experience Survey Scores
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with DealerTrack or FCA Warranty is a plus!
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Automotive Service Advisors meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
- Automotive Service Advisors listen to customer’s reasons for bringing in their vehicle to the service department.
- Automotive Service Advisors inspect vehicle and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer’s service needs.
- Automotive Service Advisors promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements.
- Provide accurate cost and time of completion estimates for the services recommended, communicate and get proper authorization from customers.
- Check on progress of services to vehicles throughout the day and contact customer to communicate and receive approval regarding any changes in the cost-estimate, promised time of delivery or recommended services.
- Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer warranty guidelines.
- Inspect vehicles prior to each customer delivery to ensure vehicles services and/or repairs are performed correctly and communicate the results with the customer.
- Meet requirements of the state and federal law for automobile repair and consumer protection.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
- Ensure each technician has completed a multi-point inspection and communicates the results with each customer.
All applicants must be able to pass the pre-employment drug test, background check, and have a reasonable driving record as determined by our insurance provider once a conditional offer of employment is given.
