Product Specialist / Sales Team
We are a reputable, family-operated automotive dealership deeply rooted in our community for over 80 years. Currently, we're actively seeking a dynamic Product Specialist to join our dedicated team. We are in search of an individual who possesses a keen ability to learn rapidly and is committed to delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will become proficient in our extensive range of vehicle models as well as those offered by our competitors. They will excel in providing personalized consultations to guide customers in selecting the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive training on our product line
Maintain a thorough understanding of all new vehicle makes and models
Cultivate a top-tier car buying experience to foster lasting customer relationships
Set personal objectives aligned with dealership standards and develop strategies to achieve them
Assist online customers via email and other digital platforms
Engage with existing and prospective customers to cultivate leads and finalize sales
