Responsibilities:

• Assess vehicle damage reports and conduct thorough inspections

• Develop repair plans and provide accurate cost estimates

• Remove damaged parts and replace them with new components

• Perform installations, upgrades, and surface refinishing

• Execute vehicle repairs in line with estimates and manufacturer standards

• Verify parts against estimates and ensure the correct parts are ordered and received

• Prepare vehicles for body repair work and promptly inform management of any additional repairs needed

• Report any challenges or issues that could affect the quality of the job or alter the promised completion time

• Undertake other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Successful performance of this role requires a comprehensive understanding and mastery of each essential duty, including knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• The physical demands of this job involve activities such as bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, stooping, and lifting objects weighing up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday within a shop environment.
