Service Manager
Responsibilities:
- Work with management to oversee all aspects of the Service Department
- Assist with assigning jobs to technicians according to their skills and knowledge
- Oversee diagnostics, service repairs, assembly and maintenance on all equipment that comes through the shop
- Oversee and participate in service training programs
- Communicate with management about any customer issues/complaints
- Coordinate with other departments to best serve our customers
- Maintain a clean area and work in a neat, orderly and safe way.
Requirements:
- Superior people and communication skills
- Extensive service knowledge, especially in brands that Dinkel Implement carries
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
- Experience managing staff
