Service Manager
Are you tired of working weekends? Do you like the people you work with? Do you enjoy the atmosphere of an independent shop?
This person will have responsibility and accountability to work with the team at Town Center Automotive where we work on Transmissions, Diesel, and General Automotive. The position is a Salary position with a bonus/Commission depending on experience, knowledge, and customer service traits. Currently, you would work Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
Current Duties include:
1. Run office for customers, parts, and technicians,
2. Schedule customers and Technicians (to each technician's strengths)
3. Use Mitchell TeamWorks and Bolt ON Technology.
4. Work closely with Owners to create a better process and keep track of Technician hours.
5. Sell BG Products for our Customers
