Description of the role:

The Automotive Express/Lube Tech at Friendly Acura of Middletown will be responsible for executing vehicle maintenance services efficiently while focusing on quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail and a passion for working in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine automotive maintenance services
• Inspect vehicles to identify potential issues and report findings to the service advisor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working on vehicles

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an automotive technician or lube tech preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Must be technology savvy and do video MPI's on every vehicle
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
