Job Summary:   

The Technician/Mechanic takes ownership for:

• Own behavior towards others and quality of work performed.
• Willing to take the extra step in work performed.

• Current and future tools acquired.
• Customer’s property and respectful handling.
• Arrives on time and ready at start time.

Essential Functions

• Engine diagnostics and repair 
• Able to read wiring diagrams 
• Drivetrain diagnostics and general repair practices 
• Performs repairs within the industry standard time
• Ability to document reasons a repair exceeded the industry standard time.

Essential Qualifications

• Must have your own tools
• Minimum 3 years’ experience 
• Welding and light fabrication a plus 
• A CDL is a plus but not required
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple competing and/or rapidly changing priorities
