The Inside Sales Account Administer is responsible for assisting Sales Account Managers. This position will help support day-to-day operations regarding sales quoting, invoicing, handling customer questions, and entry level sales calls. This position will be a developmental role, which could lead to a larger sales position. Next position in line for this role is Sales Account Manager. They will have personal contacts and secure new business accounts/customers. The Position will have monthly goals for sales calls, invoicing compliance, new lead capture and quoting support among other things. This role will require the ability to manage certain admin duties to include ordering, note taking, email/letter writing and other items in this capacity. They will use a customer and prospect contact activity tool such as DIS/CRM to update relevant information on a regular basis. They will conduct sales calls either to existing customers or cold sales calls to potential new customers. As the position grows, they may be asked to manage smaller customers and small books of business to improve their development in the sales department. They will need to become competent with TKOP and other OEM electronic systems and processes.
