A Level Technician
GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN!!!!
Job duties for a Technician include but are not limited to:
•Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems.
•Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
•Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
•Inspect and test vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made.
•Continuing education to stay up to date with rapidly changing technology and with knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment AC equipment, etc.
•Performs all duties in a safe manner following all company safety guidelines and policies.
•Performs other duties as requested or required.
•Acts as a good will ambassador for the dealership by promoting professionalism and displaying excellent customer satisfaction skills.
•GM Dealership experience preferred. Diesel and Transmission experience a plus.
