A Level Technician
Who You Are
- Must have 3-5+years of experience with European cars; Porsche experience preferred
- Working knowledge of multiple vehicle manufacturers and ability to diagnose and repair components
- Experience in servicing and repairing engines, suspension, clutch, brakes, drive trains, transmissions, and electrical systems
- Outstanding technical knowledge with the ability to relay the information to teammates
- Basic computer skills required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of all types of motor vehicles
- Good driving record and valid driver’s license
- Able to perform all physical requirements of position
What You’ll Do
- Performs service and repair work on variety of vehicle manufacturers and safely utilizing equipment assigned to the Street Shop
- Complete preventative maintenance by inspecting, servicing, and correcting discrepancies in accordance with maintenance policies, directives and advisories
- Performs more complex and time-consuming repairs
- Installing and setting up both engine and suspension performance upgrades
- Completes work order documents noting time, parts and supplies used.
- Perform road tests on vehicles and equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot problems, and to ensure proper repairs were completed
- Reports work status and special problems to service manager in a timely fashion
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with managers, coworkers, and other departments
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment
