Responsibilities:

• Total car visual inspection, looking for damage to exterior and interior
• Performing Quality Control checks for repaired vehicles to ensure repairs are complete
• Receiving and carrying-out repair orders as dispatched
•  Advising service recommendations based off mileage and service indicators, looking for operation of normal vehicle functions (wipers, lights, comfort controls, conv. Indicators, etc.)
• Communicating directly and efficiently with Service Advisors
• Under car inspections including suspension, tires, brakes, fluid leaks, exhaust. Under hood knowledge to inspect for fluid leaks, belts, pulleys, filters, hoses
• Maintaining an organized and clean workspace at all times.
• Must be proactive in vehicle inspections, provide quality at all levels, and motivated to problem solve with resources provided. Assisting one another as a team keeping the entire flow of operation smooth

Experience in the following areas is helpful

• Proficient in servicing brake systems
• Knowledge of alignment procedures and understanding of proper angle and measurements. (experience with Hunter equipment a plus)
• Tire and wheel proficiency using Hunter equipment with road force application. (Small equipment tires to light duty 19.5 tires.
• Knowledge with diagnostics and the ability to find problems, research, and apply professionalism with every type of repair.
