Tire, Lube, and Alignment Technician

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Tire, Lube, and Alignment Technician to join our team of high-performing professionals.
Job Summary:
This Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire installations, tire repairs, and alignments. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a supportive, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform oil changes, fluid flushes, filter replacements, and basic maintenance services.
Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
Perform computerized wheel alignments with accuracy.
Conduct vehicle inspections and identify potential issues.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and other technicians.
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in tire, lube, and alignment services (preferred).
ASE certification(s) or willingness to obtain (a plus).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
