Administrative Assistant ( Part-Time )
The duties and responsibilities of this position are:
- 3 days per week, 8:30 - 4:30
-Greeting customers and vendors
-Answering incoming phone calls
-Typing invoices using QuickBooks ( QuickBooks experience preferred but not required)
Proficient in Word and Excel in order to assist owners and managers with basic computer and administrative needs including typing of letters, estimates, completing various forms, labels, etc. and sending and receiving emails.
