Lube Technician
Lube Technicians' shop experience can vary from younger generations just starting out to full time lube technicians. Vehicle skill, experience and knowledge is typically limited. Lube Techs are trained to know how to do inspections, tires, filter replacements, etc. As the Lube Tech doing courtesy inspections, they are a very important part of the shop as they maintain customer satisfaction and help keep the shop busy at all times. Lube Techs do not need their own set of tools as the shop provides all tools necessary to perform oil changes and inspections.
