Audi Service Advisor

Audi Beaverton is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Audi Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring maintenance, repairs, or warranty work. Exceptional communication skills, automotive knowledge, and commitment to delivering outstanding service will ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to the success of our service department.



  • Greet customers in a warm and professional manner, building strong customer relationships and providing a personalized experience.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and service requests.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify and document all necessary repairs and maintenance items.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain recommended services, associated costs, and repair timelines.
  • Provide accurate and detailed service estimates to customers for approval.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth and efficient workflow in the service department.
  • Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve any issues or complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process service orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the parts department to ensure timely and accurate availability of required parts.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Audi products, features, and service offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle technologies, and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Uphold dealership policies, procedures, and service standards.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in automotive technology is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership, preferably with Audi or another luxury brand.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
  • Ability to accurately assess and diagnose vehicle issues.
  • Proficient in using computer software applications, including service management systems and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
