About the Role

As an Audi Certified Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge automotive technology, working with precision to provide high-quality service and repairs to our customers. You’ll use advanced diagnostic tools and follow Audi’s rigorous service standards to ensure that each vehicle is serviced with the highest level of care and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Diagnostics & Repairs: Identify and repair issues on all Audi vehicle systems, from engines and transmissions to advanced driver assistance systems.
• Routine Maintenance: Conduct routine services such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations to keep vehicles in peak condition.
• Customer Service: Communicate with Service Advisors to explain diagnoses and required repairs, ensuring customers understand and feel confident in the service being provided.
• Use Advanced Diagnostic Equipment: Utilize Audi-specific diagnostic tools and resources to provide accurate and efficient service.
• Follow Audi Standards: Uphold Audi’s strict quality and safety standards in every aspect of your work, delivering an exceptional service experience to every customer.

Qualifications:

• Audi Certified Technician: Must hold current Audi certification(s).
• Experience: 1+ years of experience working on Audi vehicles or other high-performance brands preferred.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with team members and Service Advisors to provide top-notch customer service.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required for test driving vehicles as needed.
