Parts Specialist
Carr Chevrolet is looking for a Parts Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will work hand in hand with our Service Manager, Advisors, and Technicians to assist in the ordering of all parts needed to get the job done. Parts Specialist responsibilities: -Promotes and sells parts to meet customers needs. -Primary responsibilities will be to service all customers, but will also include retail and shop counter duties. -Answer incoming phone calls and other inquiries. -Review body shop estimates to be sure parts are correct. -Follow up with all orders including back orders. -Help with stocking and incoming shipments as time permits. -Help maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the parts counter, work area and stockroom Requirements: -Previous Parts/Advisor experience (Preferred) -Positive attitude -Excellent communication skills -Must work well with others in a team setting -Must possess ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized -Strong computer and phone skills are not required, but a bonus -Strong organizational skills and detail oriented -Understand basic automotive components and systems Benefits: -Excellent pay -Health/Dental/Vision insurance -Retirement plan -Paid vacations -Paid holidays -Advanced training opportunities -Uniforms provided If this sounds like you, we would enjoy bringing you in for a tour of the facility.
