Join Our Team as a Service Technician
Are you a skilled Service Technician with a passion for automotive repair? We are on the lookout for a dedicated and ASE certified professional to join our rapidly growing team. If you have a strong background in service technician work, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Efficiently carry out tasks as specified on repair orders, adhering to dealership standards
Conduct test-drives, utilize diagnostic tools, and specialized service equipment to assess vehicle components and systems
Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
Maintain direct communication with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed of any additional service requirements, including providing time estimates for extra repairs
Execute warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Qualifications:
Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Technician
Proficiency in diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair (B-level qualifications)
Strong manual dexterity and exceptional hand-eye coordination
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Excellent customer service skills and basic computer proficiency
Positive, friendly demeanor, coupled with a desire for self-improvement
Thrives in a dynamic work environment
A team player with effective collaboration skills
Quick learner with the ability to grasp new technology, repair procedures, and specifications
Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
