Equipment Service Manager

Earthborne Trucks and Equipment has proudly served Warrington, Philadelphia, and surrounding areas for over 49 years. Over time, we’ve become your sales, service and trucking go-to. We provide our customers with an extensive line of construction, forestry, snow removal, and landscaping equipment in counties throughout Pennsylvania. We also serve surrounding communities with our 24-hour towing and hauling services. Our new facility in Warrington includes a state-of-the-art service department, an expansive equipment showroom, and a well-stocked parts counter, serving customers with all makes and models of heavy equipment and heavy-duty trucks alike.

Responsibilities
- Leadership, Management, and Accountability
- Build and maintain relationship with customers and third party vendors
- Coordinate and manage repairs of heavy equipment: Scheduling daily work flow for technicians, communicating with customers and service team, and working with the warranty department to recover claims.
- Manage and control P&L and Departmental expenses
- Provide service team with additional resources to support the team such a tool box talks, safety training, and manufactory training
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Oversee the preventative maintenance program to proactively address potential issues and ensure the longevity of equipment
- Recruit and hire service personnel
Qualification
- High diploma, Associate Degree or Post Secondary education in transportation industry
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in fast paced situations
- Proven experience (3+years) in equipment or related service field
- Diagnostic skills preferred
- Excellent communications skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices
- Microsoft, GSuite, and CRM knowledge preferred.
