Service Porter
We are currently seeking a full-time Porter to join our team. This is an on-site role located in San Rafael, CA. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our service department and vehicles. Picking up and delivering client vehicles. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by greeting them, answering their questions, and assisting with their needs.
Qualifications
*Excellent time-management skills
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Ability to work individually and as part of a team
*ASE certification a plus
*CA driver's license with a clean record
*Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
*Prior customer service skills
*previous experience with luxury vehicles
