Drivability Technician / Mechanic
We are Titus-Will Ford Service of Lakewood, the premier Certified Ford Service Center for Lakewood, Parkland, and JBLM! Titus-Will is a trusted, family-owned and operated business since 1938. We are seeking a Drivability Technician to join our outstanding service department, where you'll diagnose, repair, and optimize vehicle performance issues while delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to learn and grow in your career
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve engine, transmission, and fuel system concerns using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Address components affecting vehicle performance, such as fuel systems, ignition, and emissions controls.
- Verify drivability issues and ensure quality repairs through thorough testing.
- Maintain accurate records of diagnostics and repairs, and collaborate with service advisors and customers as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training to handle advanced systems, including hybrid and electric drivability features.
