Express Technician
Carr Chevrolet is looking for motivated Automotive Technicians of all levels to join our team. We are a successful family owned and operated business that offers a friendly staff, and experienced leadership to help our technicians achieve their career goals. Serving the greater Beaverton area for over 20 years, we have become a staple in our community for vehicle service and repair needs. Responsibilities for Express Technicians include, but are not limited to: -Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and within manufacturer specifications -Perform maintenance services and minor repairs to vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes and air conditioning -Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that the customer can be informed of any additional service needed, and provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs -Ensure that required documentation is completed and accurate -Reports machine defects and malfunctions -Ensures customers cars are kept clean -Maintain up-to-date knowledge about our industry, and complete trainings to become factory certified if needed -Ensure that workspace is kept clean and equipment and tools are kept in good condition and stored properly Successful candidates for the Automotive Technician position will have: -Experience as an automotive technician -Commitment to quality, and attention to detail -Team player -Good communicator -Willingness to grow with our company -Valid/Clean driver’s license Benefits: -Excellent pay -Health/Dental/Vision insurance -Retirement plan -Paid vacation -Paid holidays -Advanced training opportunities -Uniforms provided If this sounds like you, we would enjoy bringing you in for a tour of the facility.
