Service Advisor/Writer

We are seeking an experienced and team-oriented service advisor to work along side our service manager at our Indianapolis location. We need someone who is driven, self motivated, and willing to put in 110% effort to help our company grow.

Duties for this current role will include creating and assigning service orders, answering phone calls from customers and technicians, serving customers, and assisting with keeping work flow running smoothly. It is important that whoever is selected for this role brings value to the table and helps to enrich our company culture.

Responsibilities for Service Advisor:

Heavy focus on customer service and a customer first attitude is required
Resolve all customer issues quickly and efficiently
Handle high volume of phone calls from customers and Road Warrior employees
Schedule and coordinate service orders with customers
Schedule, coordinate, and assign work to technicians
Encourage safe work practices in the shop and on job sites
Assist coworkers and demonstrate willingness to work as a team
Regularly report and communicate status updates about work assignments and deadlines to Management

Perform additional duties as deemed appropriate by Management

Experience Required:

  • 1 or more years of service advising experience
  • Previous experience and knowledge of automotive and truck repairs is required.
