Experience with shop management systems (Tekmetric, Shopware, Etc.)

Experience reading inspections and presenting them to customers

Experience writing up estimates and presenting them to customers 

Experience getting pre-authorization for particular jobs to prevent having to get additional authorization

Experience dispatching repair orders to the appropriate technicians

Experience scheduling appointments without over or under booking

Experience organizing all vehicle appointment documentation together (Authorization form, Signed estimates, repair orders, purchase orders, sublet orders, signed invoices)

Experience performing inventory duties (quantity check, inventory orders, return orders, return authorization RMA, etc.)

Responding to voicemails, text messages, emails from customers
