Top Shop Challenge: Ongoing training is a huge part of our industry. Highlight some team members who have recently completed training programs and/or obtained certifications.

We held an ASE Electric Prep Class for our team. It was a great event as we all learned together and increased our knowledge. The lesser experienced team members got exposed to the principals that will benefit them as they grow in their automotive knowledge. We believe learning together is a great way to make the most out of your training.

We currently have three students in the General Motors ASEP program (Automotive Service Education Program), and are pursuing students from the local technical high school programs. Initially, students work with a mentor to develop their skills as technicians until they become independent. While working with a mentor, students are exposed to a wide range of services and grow familiar with procedures.

Great night out celebrating our technicians by attending a cooking class. We made pasta from scratch and completed a full Italian dinner. It was a great time and our techs made a delicious dinner. We went to "let's Cook" in downtown Columbia to celebrate our team's success.
