Jimmy our foremen wanted to join our team. We sat down and talked about what it would look like. At the time it didn't make sense for either of us to work together. We both knew we could do great things together. We kept in touch and when the time came that joining forces was in both our best interest, he joined the team. We are so happy that both of us left the door open for when the time was right.

My name is Connor Yamamoto, I have worked in the car industry for about 8 years. I worked in car sales first and then was a shop porter and then learned to be an entry level technician changing oil and simple jobs. Now I'm a full on technician doing all sorts of different jobs and learning lots every day to improve myself.

We've had some great employees leave, which is a bummer, but we've also had some of those GREAT employees come back! They returned because we've been around for many years and we continue to be a vital part of the economy, we offer Good pay and benefits: Due to the demand for skilled workers, jobs in the diesel industry and at Masterfleet will continue to offer competitive pay and excellent benefits packages.
