Watching our newest tech Ethan shadow some of our best techs and start doing his own jobs within a few weeks. He has been given great reviews from his peers. It takes a team. Nice job!

I started wrenching in full-service gas stations in the 1980's then 10 years later I felt techs could be treated better, make the money we should and be appreciated and the customers are still very happy about the quality and the cost and work done. I started Craig's Car Care in Lucas Texas in 1996 and it took me a while to learn how to run a business but after a heck of a lot of hard work we are now able to pay our A techs 100K+ a year on a guaranty with all kinds of great bonus incentives, General service, C and B techs make a very decent pay check as well (look it up at the link on the bottom of this post) plenty of great work, 5 days a week -7 to 5- no weekends, with all kinds of other benefits. This is not easy for an independent and we still have work to do. Our shop is up to date, everyone here matters!!!!, management is kick ass. Keep up the great work you are doing and before leaving the industry look around for the right long term shop for you !!!!! Thanks for sharing this also. This is a great industry! Many more shops are getting their acts together! The right shop is out there for you so please do not give up!!!!! https://wrenchway.com/shops/craigs-car-care

Walser CJDR is very proud of our service team as they have stepped up handling a very pressing appointment schedule—from helping get customers in and serviced under emergency situations to new car preps for delivery. Our technicians have adapted well to recent changes and have been incredibly helpful training in new techs and pre-diagnosing vehicles to help guide our apprentice with repairs. We are so proud to have an adaptable, caring team of technicians!

The technician team at Walser Polar Chevrolet is extremely hardworking and dedicated to their craft. We are proud of our team's ability to adjust to the changes in our shop layout, as well as how much training our techs were able to achieve over the past year! We had an incredible increase in proficiency by each technician in the service drive, and we are very impressed by their constant commitment to high-quality service.

The Techs here at Guys are extremely hard working and do everything they can to get the vehicles in and out in a timely manner. They understand that the customers needs to have their vehicle back as quickly as possible so the customer can continue on with their work. Without their hard work and dedication Guys Truck and Tractor would not be as successful as it is. We appreciate everything they do and all their hard work in order to make Guys what it is. Our Techs here are the reason behind Guys being the business it is today.
