What are a couple of things you'd like to highlight that happened last month?

We were very busy with recovery calls and then repairing the vehicles we recovered from the accident scenes. The techs here at Guys work very hard to keep everybody on the road and moving and repair the vehicles from the recoveries as quickly and correctly as possible.

What are a couple of things you'd like to highlight that happened last month?

Overall we had a busy month in all areas. The team was able to have our best month since August. We have been able to help existing customers while also being able to form some new partnerships to keep the volume of work flowing. The admin team did an excellent job working through all of the end of the year billing to ensure we start 2023 on the right foot.

What are a couple of things you'd like to highlight that happened last month?

For the month of December things can start slowing down because of the holidays. For us that was not the case. Our department did a great job and we had some bumps in the road with ice storms and power outages. We were lucky enough our dealership runs on a Cummins Generator and when nobody else had power we did! We started our goals for the new year and have some exciting things coming down the pipe we cannot wait to share with you!

In this video, Jay Goninen, Co-Founder & President of WrenchWay, explains why shops should care about and want to work with local schools. It goes beyond just showing up for monthly meetings. Shops need to get involved with their local schools, understand what they need, and keep them up-to-date on industry happenings. If schools continue to go unnoticed, the technician shortage is only going to get worse.

We had a fantastic group of employees and their loved ones at our Christmas party! What a fun time! Mr. and Mrs. Claus made a debut, handing out presents to each of the children. Decorative face painting designs were drawn by one of Santa's helpers. The children and Mrs. Claus played some exciting games. Catering was provided with a tasty food selection. Huge thanks to our family at Herb Chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield!
