What are a couple of things you'd like to highlight that happened in August?
August was a fantastic month for us. We had a 16% increase in RO count, 16% increase in hours, and a 6.5% increase in ELR YoY. With 858 RO's being written in August, the shop was bustling with activity, but not too much as to overload and overbook our team.
