    Top Shop Challenge: Ongoing training is a huge part of our industry. Highlight some team members who have recently completed training programs and/or obtained certifications.

    Several of our employees just completed their DOT Training Certificate Series. This certificate training covers all facets of commercial motor vehicle inspection and maintenance requirements found in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR). This course includes comprehensive exposure to the Code of Federal Regulations.

    We had an opportunity to send several individuals to our Leader Standard Work series beginning this month. 'Leader Standard Work' is a strategy for frontline managers to oversee effective processes that allow them to be equally effective leaders. We include Frontline and Technicians in this training series!
