A technician’s toolbox is an extension of the technician themselves. How organized and stocked it is, almost always reflects the experience and success of the technician. This is Zach’s toolbox. He is a bad ass! All of his work is done in an orderly fashion, just like his toolbox. He has everything he needs close at hand and understands the value of being ultra organized. After every job, everything is put back in its place so he can efficiently tackle the next job. Excellent job Zach! And thanks for showing off your beautiful toolbox!

Top Shop Challenge: What are a few things you are looking to improve on your team in 2023
In 2023, Walser Toyota’s service drive is expanding! Our new shop will be ready this summer, which will greatly impact the amount of work we’re able to accomplish. Our team at Walser Toyota wants to work on efficiency, and we have a quantitative goal to hit: to increase our daily output from 120 cars to 150. Our updated and larger shop will help us improve our efficiency, as well as the quality of our work environment, which we are very excited about!

Top Shop Challenge: What are a few things you are looking to improve on your team in 2023
Our team goal for 2023 is to increase our efficiency and continue to adapt to the changes coming with our growing service team. The consumer demand at Walser BGB is increasing, so we have to adjust to meet that demand. We are already a well performing shop, but we want to push ourselves to stick to our time management goals. As most auto techs know, once you get behind on one job it can start to snowball. Our objective for the New Year is to consistently turn out high-quality service while our team and store continue to grow!
