Huge Shout Out to one of our Toyota Techs, Jamie Garcia for diving into this 1000 plus piece puzzle. He said the guest was concerned with a sound coming from the engine. After tearing down the engine, he found the problem and is working to correct it before reassembly. Jaime is showing our Value of Unconditional Dedication to Excellence: We believe there is no place for mediocrity and half- hearted efforts. We accept personal responsibility for overcoming obstacles and being the very best. We actively choose to excel in every aspect of our personal and professional lives. Thanks Jamie for all of your hard work!
