Some great advice for new technicians coming into the shop after school. Don't fall prey to toolbox envy and get yourself in trouble on the tool trucks. Talk to the more seasoned techs in the shop and find out what you need to get started.

We encourage our teams to form bonds outside of work so they can communicate more effectively with each other and better work towards their goals. Team Matt decided to BBQ at one of the techs home and went go-karting afterwards.
