    For Memorial Day we all are lucky enough to have a three-day weekend thanks to Carr! Some of our staff have a big camping trip this weekend, they are all going to the beach together. As strange as it sounds we all love to hang out even when we're not at work!

    We're lucky to observe this coming Memorial Day with a 3 day weekend! Our service staff was recently treated by Management to an Employee Appreciation Barbecue last Friday. We here at Carr Chevrolet are excited to tackle whatever opportunities present themselves this coming summer.

    Like most shops summer is the time when our clients’ need us the most. This is one of the reasons why we don’t shut down during the summer other than the normal long weekends and holidays. The other reason is no one wants to be told when they must take their vacation. We know working in the heat can be tough. This is why we provide our techs with bottled water and cold treats. We pay attention to the temperature and slow down when the temperature gets too hot. Our team’s health and safety are more important to us than fixing more cars.

    Summer is my favorite season!! though it gets pretty toasty here in Washington state! Our shop has a shop cooler system which helps on hot muggy days for the techs. We try and keep a cooler full of water and Gatorade on ice during the scorching months! ways that will help keep you cool is Staying hydrated & taking a break when feeling over heated. Our HR department annually sends out a kind reminder about heat exhaustion and how to prevent it. your safety and health should always be top priority. Enjoy summer and all of the fun activities it has to offer but, stay hydrated.

He is always willing to help out with any project. We really appreciate Logan's commitment to School and work; he drives 143 miles daily to get it done!
