One of the best ways so start your career is through a summer internship or co-op program. We currently don’t have any on our team. We have brought in many co-op students over the years. Used to be a regular thing back in the 80', 90's and 2000's. Now we rarely ever do anymore unless the guy has experience. Even the general service position has become very technical that a guy with no experience cannot just get hired in and expect to learn so much in a short time period the few weeks the summer offers.
When would you prefer to attend training? You will get paid for your time no matter where or when the training is.
