What are a couple of things you'd like to highlight that happened last month?
We had good CSI and good proficiency with 2 new technicians—one express and one light duty. Our new members are getting settled in, comfortable, and are truly becoming part of the team, and we're so glad to have them!

What are a couple of things you'd like to highlight that happened last month?
Hirschbach would like to highlight our Dover Diesel Crew. They have had many compliments from Drivers stating that they enjoy how nice our crew is there, and that they always listen to their concerns. They are very good at keeping Drivers in the loop about their equipment and keeping the Drivers happy with their quality of work. Way to go Dover Team!

What are a couple of things you'd like to highlight that happened last month?
Numerous great things happened last month. We were ranked #4 dealer in the nation for Sunbit. Sunbit is a third party company we use for our customers to finance. We were also ranked #1 on the highest amount of flagged hours. We flagged 8,443 hours and 5,120 of those were customer pay. Customer pay went up by 21.9% same month year over year. Most importantly, our team grew. In the shop, we hired two new techs: one main line tech and one trainee. On the Service Drive, we hired two new advisors. We are excited to see what March has in store for us!
