Here at Sheppard Motors, one of our favorite summer perks is we are gifted a week of Camp Harlow summer camp for all our kiddos! This is such a blessing and investment in our families! Our kids have the best experiences and make life-long memories!

Passion for our work isn't only shown in the quality, but the time we take to teach students about the work. Any chance we get to inspire students to follow their path into a shop is one we don't miss! Thanks to the students that came by earlier this month and gave their time to learning.

Last month we had a day filled with wonder and inspiration as Walser Automotive Group opened its doors to the next generation during Bring Your Child to Work Day. Young minds explored the world of cars, soaked up knowledge, and discovered endless possibilities in the automotive industry. They even got to paint a car (washable, car-safe paint, of course)! Memories were made, dreams were ignited, and the future of cars shone brighter than ever 🚗🌟

Meet Sergio! He started his journey with us at Chastang Ford in November 2022 and is a true lover of cars. His interest was sparked in the 8th grade, and he followed his dreams to become an Auto Tech expert by taking an Automotive Technician elective at Channel View High School - something that only a few students pursue! After graduating from UTI, Sergio started his career at Chastang Ford.

Top Shop Challenge: Ongoing training is a huge part of our industry. Highlight some team members who have recently completed training programs and/or obtained certifications.
These techs completed training courses in April. Techs: Oral Johnson, Carey Blomberg, Warren Thelus, Oscar Lora, Jose Colin, and Rider Chavez.
