At Military we want to shine our spotlight on three individuals in our shop. Bryan Jeanquardt, Waylon Fry and Shawn Muentser. All three of these guys started with us when they were still in high school as youth apprentices. They worked hard and contributed to our business in a positive way and transitioned to part time employees while they tackled the next step in their career goals which is graduating from NWTC with associate degrees in automotive technology. During the month of May these three young men graduate and return to our dealership as full-time technicians. Bryan and Shawn will be joining our Hyundai service department and will work alongside our current Hyundai Platinum Master technicians Jim Walker and Brad Soquet. And Waylon Fry will join our used car reconditioning team working underneath one of our veteran Ford technicians Ryan Jones.

Like most shops summer is the time when our clients’ need us the most. This is one of the reasons why we don’t shut down during the summer other than the normal long weekends and holidays. The other reason is no one wants to be told when they must take their vacation. We know working in the heat can be tough. This is why we provide our techs with bottled water and cold treats. We pay attention to the temperature and slow down when the temperature gets too hot. Our team’s health and safety are more important to us than fixing more cars.
