We have seen a push in EVs, customers are holding onto their cars longer leading to more services, & warranty services etc. Younger techs coming into the industry and higher OEM times. Shipping is non predictable. These aren't the only changes I'm sure that we will see here in the near future. What major changes have you seen?

Our Green Bay shop is like family! this team creates really great one on one relationships, they know each others, families, kiddos. They do team gold outings. And the manager knows what each technician likes to do in their off time, they know the mangers strengths and weaknesses and he knows theirs because the environment is one of open and honest sharing.

Congratulations to our Assistant Parts Manager Shane Myers for winning our Core Value Award for the month of July. The month of July was Sincere Desire to Help Others. Shane is more than deserving of this award. He is always the first person to offer a hand or help with anything, no matter the circumstances. I can't express how thankful we are for ALL that you do.

Over my 30+ years as a service manager I have found that pay and benefits are not always the most important aspect for technicians. They want to be acknowledged for the job they do and know that they work for a company that values them as an individual. Though pay and benefits are important, time off with their family is very important. Seeing that they have a path of continual growth is important. The Tom Wood group has always been tops when it comes to showing their employees they care.
