We want more ASE Master certified technicians, so we are pushing the guys to get those tests completed! We are also trying to find new ways to be more and more professional in our industry. Let's go 2023!

I am happy to announce some big changes in the shop coming in the beginning of 2023! We have our new hot tank cleaner for dirty / oil soaked, parts that we will be installing in the coming months. No more having to wash parts by hand! With our new parts cleaner you can now set your parts in the tank, set the timer and walk away!

Our shop ended the year with a bang. It was one of the busiest year-end closes we have ever had. The shop was full the entire month and our technicians were busy and on the move and churning out work - just like they prefer!

One thing are looking to improve upon is communication. Finding ways to make sure we the whole team from front to back and shift to shift are on the same page to be able to offer our customers phenomenal customer service.

December is usually a busy month considering all the traveling that is usually associated with it. However, it's just as important to recognize that our technicians also have families they like to spend time with during the holidays. There were a total of 4 advisors that were able to take time off during different times of the month, and they traveled all over the country to see their loved ones. To us, that's what December is really about.

We are looking at adding to and continuing development on all shifts, by hiring and developing technicians. We want to grow our team and be able to provide additional services and options for our customers.

Last Thursday our organization flew 4 of our newer advisors (including 2 of our VW store) out to NCM school for advisor training. It's so awesome to be part of an organization that has the tools, ability, and desire to offer these things. We invest in our people. Come and join us!

One of our recent $1,000 Loneliest Number winners selected Monticello High School to receive $500 of their winnings. We were happy to receive this note from the school and are grateful to have the opportunity to assist their technician program.

One of our technicians, Mark, found a bunny inside the engine compartment of the vehicle he was working on! Not something you see everyday. He was able to get it out safely and the bunny is in good hands now . Just look at how cute it is!! (the bunny ... not Mark)
