    Be sure to read through the procedure the 10th, 15th, or 50th time you perform it as well if you work at a gm dealership. The OEM will change the procedure, and use it as a "gotcha" to kick back the claim and not pay you for the work.

Email me and we can talk through how you can shrink your photos or diagnose whether some other error is going on.
