Top Shop Challenge: In honor of Valentine's day, please share what you love most about the industry and working at your shop. The more specific, the better!

What I love the most about the industry is the people you meet and that there is something new to learn every day. When I came to work at Honda of Seattle about 5 years ago it was the first dealership that I had ever worked for, and I didn't know what to expect. From working at Honda of Seattle I have built countless relationships with people that I would have never met if I was not in the automotive industry. In this industry, every day brings something new to the table that helps me expand my knowledge to better help me exceed in my position. Working at Honda of Seattle has been an unreal experience and I look forward to seeing where this journey takes me!

Be sure to read through the procedure the 10th, 15th, or 50th time you perform it as well if you work at a gm dealership. The OEM will change the procedure, and use it as a "gotcha" to kick back the claim and not pay you for the work.
